Dear Sir,
In an endeavour to raise health awareness and to highlight the importance of regular health
check-ups, V Care Path Labs & Patwari Dental Hub, Sonari, Jamshedpur has been organizing
Free Health Check-up Camps. There are lots of health issues encountered now a days , with
this health camp our aim is to create health awareness among people in your society . This
health camp is organized to spread awareness about Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart
diseases, Dental problems etc which people generally neglect. We will provide free
consultation to the patients. During the health camp our experienced team will conduct
tests for Blood Pressure, Sugar & Dental issues. Each person attending our Health Camp can
avail two of the three tests free of cost. With the help of our advanced state-of-the-art
laboratories, we deliver accurate test reports each time. The date scheduled for the free
health check up camp would be on 26thFebruary 2017 i.e. the coming Sunday, Time
06:00am onwards.

Expected result
At the end of the camp, the society will;
Appreciate that health of mind and body is a sacred gift and that physical fitness and
mental well-being are conditions to be achieved and maintained.
