The bar graph gives information about the amount of spare time enjoyed in a week by

men and women with different employment status from 1998 to 1999.

Overall, it can be seen that throughout the whole year, both unemployed and retired
men had the highest amount of leisure time among the other groups.

The most striking feature is that both unoccupied and retired female spent the same
amount of free time which both accounted for 78 hours per week. This figure was quite
lower than males in the same categories which obtained 85 and 83 hours respectively.
Moreover, men and women with full time job only spent almost twice as lower than this
figures which both got 45 and 38 hours respectively.

With regards to the remaining data given, women working in a part time basis during
1998 to 1999 got 40 hours of leisure time in a week which was 10 hours lower than
those housewives.
