LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
Mr Ritesh Sharma, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Sciences Engineering is professionally
acquainted to me since August 1st 2015 in his capacity as Assistant Professor, Computer Sciences
Engineering of Indus International University .

Having graduated from one the elite institutions of higher education (Tezpur University- A Government of
India University), he has displayed acumens of developing students potential in undergraduate and
masters in engineering & technology. Majority of the students in Computer Sciences and Engineering
graduating in the year of 2016 & 2017 qualified for GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) under his
tutelage.

From the very beginning he possessed the quest to learn from his peers, superiors and demonstrated ably
the skill for the all round development of the Department of Computer Sciences and Engineering in specific
and University in General.

On the academic side he is very thorough about the learning outcomes and program outcomes and always
strives to meet it by taking students truly involved into it with enthusiasm and as a result he is one of the
very few faculty members who receives consistent excellent rating.

He posses good administrative capabilities in addition to his finest academic acumen.

Apart from his normal teaching routine had taken up number of assignments such as

1. Organiser of IIT Bombay Spoken tutorial for Indus Internaational University

2. University Nodal Ofcer for AISHE (All India Survey On Higher Education )
3. NAAC steering committee member in IIU
4. Organized two day workshop on Networking by Techkriti (IIT Kanpur) at IIU
Over all his performance is consistent and excellent. Any institute would be privileged to have his services
