PROFILE:
Dr. Rajeev Sijariya carries rich experience in management, industry and
academics.Hon’ble President of India in his capacity as visitor of Banaras Hindu University
nominated him on the prestigious court of BHU, Varanasi for the period of three years. He
holds M.Sc., M.B.A. from A.P.S. University, Rewa and Ph.D. in Marketing Management
from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. Presently he is Director of Institute of Business
Studies and Deputy Director at SCRIET, CCS University, Meerut Campus. He has been
Director at H R Institute of Science & Technology, Ghaziabad. He has been the National
Head of a new product launch project at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, Pune and also worked
as area Manager (Marketing) at Majestic Auto Ltd, Ludhiana. He served as Principal at the
United Institute of Management, Greater Noida and Founder Director at Lord Krishna
College of Management, Ghaziabad. He has also been Founder Head at C.S.E. Jhansi
and also Head, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad. He has a large number of
research publications to his credit. He is an author, researcher, academician, thinker,
motivator, orator, corporate trainer, a social activist & reformer in the field of management.
He has written many books on Advertising management, Consumer Behaviour, and edited
many books on various current issues. He has also endorsed the PhD awarded as a guide
from reputed university. He is official member of various professional bodies like
Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA), Meerut Management Association etc. He has
vast network and association with various academicians and industry professionals.

He has blend of experience from corporate and academics. He has been instrumental in
inception of many institutions from raw to the institute of repute. By virtue of his exposures,
he has emerged as an effective institution builder, team leader & career groomer.

 Started new courses at post graduate level i.e. MBA in Hospital Management,
B.Com.(Honours) to be first in the University as well as to be the first in this region.

 Organized ICSSR sponsored National conference on Demonetization, Digital India,


Cashless Economy, A socio economic transformation on 25March2017.

 Started B.Sc.(Honours), Computer Science at Department of Computer application.


2-Professor &Founder Director, H R Institute of Science and Technology, Ghaziabad,
Affiliated to CCS University, Meerut, since 1stJanuary, 2012 to 25th August, 2016.

 As Founder Director have been instrument in developing modern Infrastructure,


Systems, Policies, Academic Planning for better monitoring & control of academic &
administrative progress. Expansion has been done by starting B.Com. from the
session 2016-17.
 Very good brand name is emerging after the third batch is passing out with the
dedicated team efforts of Faculty & Staff members resulted in good number of

 Got additional intake of 60 seats of MBA as soon as joined in the institute and got
