Feedback from Edthena:

Establishing a Culture for Learning
03:17 - Good admitting your mistakes to your student. This tell them that everyone makes
mistakes and it is ok to do so.

Using Assessment in Instruction

03:48 - You do a great job with using wait time to allow your student processing time with
not only the question but also deciding her answer

Using Questioning, Prompts and Discussion

08:35 - Are these gestures something that not only you use to teach this task, but all teachers
at your school use the same prompt?
13:32 - You do a good job with simple praise "good job", "nice job" - mix this up with more
specific information regarding what she did well and how she can continue to improve
27:30 - Since she is concerned about the activity, what could you say to decrease her stress
while reassuring her
31:48 - This was a good way tot prompt without completely revealing the answer

Setting Instructional Outcomes

27:01 - good use of prior knowledge and set-up for the day's lesson. I love when students
are excited about upcoming activities

19:31 - What are other types of feedback you could offer

Engaging Students in Learning

reinforce the skill

No Framework Topic
07:07 - I know that the program using the phrase "tricky letter" - I find it interesting that
you have had mostly success in using this. I would think that students would become
anxious about reading a letter that they have been told will be 'tricky'
25:14 - I am impressed with your tech dept!
