Concerto/Aria Audition Schedule

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your performance time for check-in and warm-up.



We will have an informational meeting on Tuesday, August 15 at 1:00
p.m. in the FSHS Orchestra Room. Please bring the following with you

1. An original of your piece for the judges to use during your
audition. (Please # measures, and cuts clearly marked)
2. If your original part for the judges is the solo part, please bring
a photocopy of the accompaniment part.

On Wednesday, Aug. 16, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your
performance time for check-in and warm-up.

When you arrive, make sure you have all the equipment you need. You
may warm up in the orchestra or band room prior to your audition.

Dress the part. Make sure to wear clothing that makes a professional
statement. Men should wear dress clothes and a tie. Women should
wear dress slacks and blouse, dress, or skirt and blouse combination.
Skirts or dresses should be below the knees. No jeans please.
