• Students should arrive and enter through the doors at the end of the music hall on the West side of the building (right next to the
green house and across the street from the baseball fields).
• Students cannot arrive or enter the building prior to their scheduled time.
• Students must have their temperature taken upon entering the building.
• Students should head directly to their designated warm up space. Students do not have permission to walk around the building
or go to any other spaces in the building.
• All students must wear a mask AT ALL TIMES.
• All students must exit the building IMMEDIATELY following the performance. No one has permission to remain inside the
building or to go to any other areas inside the building.
• All students should exit through the main doors at the NORTH side of the commons area. If students parked in the west parking
lot by the baseball field prior to the concert, they may exit through the doors at the end of the orchestra hallway (be sure to use
the doors on the right side).
• NO AUDIENCE MEMBERS WILL BE PERMITTED AT ANY POINT DURING THIS PERFORMANCE. A live stream and video
will be provided for family and friends to watch and support orchestra members in this way.

Information for ALL Ensembles

• Student performers should wear their 2020-21 Orchestra T-Shirt, jeans (preferred no holes), comfortable shoes (no open toed
shoes).
• If students have not yet received their orchestra T-Shirt, they will receive it during the tuning/warm up time. Students should
come to the concert in another t-shirt that they will wear under the orchestra t-shirt. Students will not be allowed to change in the
bathrooms.
• Students must wear a mask at all times. Students masks should follow all the school district requirements for masks and should
also be school appropriate.
• Students have assigned seats for both the tuning/warm up time, and the performance. Seat assignment numbers are below the
students’ names listed in each ensemble. A seating chart will be provided on the next page of this document.
• All Chairs and stands will be disinfected after each use.
• Students must bring their own personal instrument, or school assigned instrument that is at home for the concert. No instruments
are available to be provided by the school the night of the concert.
• Students must have their temperature taken upon entering the school, students should sanitize their hands upon entering their
designated warm up area. Students be sure your hand sanitizer has completely dried before handling your instruments.
• If students are found to have a temperature upon arriving to the school for the concert, they should leave immediately, and text
or email Mrs. Erpelding to let her know they cannot perform.
• Students only have permission to be in their designated warm up space and the auditorium during the performance. All students
must exit the building immediately following their performance.
