Seth Goldmans Leadership Performance

From the resources available it is worth deducting that the leadership of Goldman intends

to promote transparency and sustainability in the business environment. From his perception, the

triple bottom line was supposed to enhance the performance of an organization in regards to

finance, environment, and social aspects. The model emphasizes the need for leaders to be much

committed towards enhancing organization's accountability and transparency.

For instance, mentions that the interest for the triple bottom line model has continued to

heighten in various organizations concerned with best performance that is, both the non-profit

and profit organizations (Ravet, 2011). This provides proof on the importance of the model as far

as enhancing efficacy and sustainability is concerned. Another instance concerned with the

model revolves around the nature of the business continuity and its importance on improving the

leadership efficacy. Most business organizations focus on this strategy and use it to improve the

organization output and efficiency. Therefore, it is important for organization leaders to show

continued support for the long-term growth and continuity of the business.

Besides the emphasis on the interior in the form of leadership, Goldman also emphasizes

the need to maintain the environment and the society at equilibrium. For example, leaders use the

interdependent relationship to form part of the growing and evolving network in an organization

and its environs. By doing this, they embrace the model of cross-enterprise leadership that shows

appreciation of the environmental aspects. These are what explains the Triple Bottom Line from

Seths perspective of performance in leadership.
