The 2nd International Seminar in Teacher Education of the Association of

Educators for Interrelated Research and Studies (AEIRS) with the theme
Understanding the Concept of Results-Based Performance Monitoring Systems (RPMS):
An Instrument in Upgrading Teachers Level of Performance to Become Globally
Competitive, which was announced through DepEd Advisory No. 314, s. 2016 has the
