People who attended the meeting: Harikrishnan K S, Souvik Sarkar, Sreenath G.S,
Varoon, Rakesh R
Points discussed: The meeting was regarding addressing the junior committee. A total
of 7 members were selected as the new committee. The activities and events
organised by the committee was explained in detail. For the conducting of various
intra college sports events the group was divided based on their knowledge and
experience in a particular sport.

Abhigyan. As of now, Following events are planned.
Badminton tournament
3s Basketball tournament
Futsal
Gully Cricket tournament

The prize money for winners and runners up were decided. For each event a
committee in charge was selected depending up on the capability of co-ordinating and
conducting the tournament successfully.
