1. Application is invited for Combined Recruitment for 2 Field Ordnance Depot, 21 Field Amn
Depot, 19 Inf Div Ord Unit, 28 Mtn Div Ord Unit & 28 Amn Coy from eligible Male/Female
candidates of Indian citizen for the post of Material Asst, LDC, Pharmacist, Telephone Optr Gde-II,
Fireman (Male only), Tradesman Mate, MTS, Tailor & Dhobi to reach Commandant 21 Field
Ammunition Depot, PIN 909721, C/o 56 APO by Ordinary /Registered/Speed post within
21 days (28 days in respect of the candidates belonging to Andaman & Nicobar and
Lakshadweep regions) from the last date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News
as per the application format available at www.indianarmy.nic.inand NCS Portal. The last date
of publication of this advertisement in Employment news will be taken into account for calculation
of 21 days & 28 days for (Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep) respectively.

Note- 1: No of posts may undergo change in any category subject to increase / decrease of vacs
released.

Note - 2: The Physically Handicapped(PH), Ex-servicemen(ESM) and Meritorious Sports Person

(MSP) selected for appointment will be in respective cat i,e GEN,SC,ST & OBC to which they
belong and will be appointed against vac res for them i,e PH,ESM & MSP.

Note 3 : It is clarified that separate selected list for candidates will be prepared by Bd of
Offrs for each unit based on the No of vacs released. The selection of a candidate for a vac
released to a particular unit will be solely at the discretion of Bd of Offr detailed for recruitment.
However, common reserve list will be prepared for all the units.

3. Calculation of Age. Age calculation will be reckoned from last crucial date of receipt of
application i,e, 21 days & 28 days for candidates of Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep in this
advertisement of Employment news.
