Objectives:
1. Provide 3 design concepts of 3 different significant Areas of the Gateway crossing national highway width
of national highway; 60.00 meters
2. Consider Culture and History of each places that the motorists are leaving certain unique area entering
General Santos City
3. Consider also the signage exiting General Santos City
4. Architect shall design that would ignite interests and excitement of tourist or visitors of the city and as they
witness the Gateway, make them feel the ambiance of General Santos City and its identity. represents the
people, culture and how General deals with life and people.
5. The 3 areas and gateways are similar in concepts but indicates different types of identity as it stands from
different boundaries.
Deliverables;

3 perspectives of 3 areas
floorplans
3 elevations
structural concept
and detail
and 3 brief concept description of the proposal.
