No. 2 blast furnace in Indonesia nickel iron smelting factory smooth

Since Indonesia nickel iron smelting project since 2014 officially started construction, the combination of all of the project team

sweat and effort. The project covers an area of about 500 acres, including 350 cubic meters of lime kiln 1, 80 cubic meters of

blast furnace 4, and with the blast furnace system construction of 6 vertical sintering furnace, 2 seat belt type sintering furnace,
blast furnace gas power generation facilities, the company in the laterite nickel ore smelting nickel iron mining area gebe

It is understood that the No. 1 blast furnace in September 16, 2015 successfully put into the ignition, the current monthly

production stable at 2000 tons, iron content of about 10%. 2 blast furnace will reach the same output after stable operation. In

addition, the rest of the smelting plant No. 3 and No. 4 blast furnace is also under intense construction, plans are put into

operation before the end of April, when the monthly production will reach 8000-10000 tons of nickel.
