Teaching is something I love to do! I am excited to work with you and your child this
year!

I am married to my terrific husband Juan. We have a daughter (Erika) who is 24, a

son (Jose) who is 21 and our youngest daughter (Analee) is 16. We stay busy with
our family but when I can, I enjoy reading and camping.

I was born and raised in Idaho Falls. I attended Skyline High School and graduated
in 1991. I graduated from Idaho State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in
Elementary Education.

This will be my twenty-first year teaching. I taught English as a Second Language

for seven years in the District 91 Newcomer Center. I have taught first grade for the
last fourteen years. I truly love teaching and being a part of learning in the lives of
children. I understand they are the future of America and I am so honored to work
with them and instill the love of learning. I am extremely motivated to work with
parents and support each other in educating our children! I look forward to a great
year!
