Christopher Anthony Jhon Martin (Musician, singer, songwriter, record producer and philanthropist)

was born on august 2, 1977 in Whitestone, Devon, England. Is the last of the five sons of
Anthony and Alison (her parents).He started her studies in the School Hylton, after he was
moved to the School Exter Cathedral, where He discovered and developed a passion for music.
Then he moved to the Sherbome School where he met Phil Harvey the future Manager of
Coldplay. Then continued his studies in the University College of London, where he graduated
in Greek and Latin languages. In this university, Chris met Guy Berryman, Will Champion and
Jonny Buckland, that is to say, the future Coldplay. It is with Buckland that Martin initially
decided to form a band. Chris as the lead singer, Jonny is the first guitarist, Guy is the Electric
bass, and Will is in charge of drums and other instruments, all this in 1996. The band became
famous and achieved the worldwide fame thanks to its debut album, Parachutes, in the year
2000. Their song Yellow from Parachutes instantly entered the charts at Number 4, the hit carried
Coldplay to their aforementioned fame.
