Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu

And Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen.

First of all I would like to give Thanks to The God Allah SWT because of His blessing so I can
stand here to deliver my speech to all of you, before I start let me introduce my self my name is
Isnaya Denaswari

Well, in this good opportunity I want to deliver a speech with the title Being courageous as the
Key to a Great Leadership.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Before I continue my speech firstly we have to know what is a leadership ? Leadership are all
the way which the leaders do to maintain their organization,it would success or not are depend
on it leaders also the subordinate in it, I believe each leader surely have a different way to
maintain their organization or their company but Im sure all the leaders all over the world surely
want to obtain a great leadership.

Now we move to talk about a great leadership , I believe if a great leadership are born from a
great leader a bravery leader so between leader and leadership are closely related, basically many
people said that a great leader is a people who has a good attitude such as honest, sincere, and
can make their organization become welfare , have those enough?

I guaranteed the answer is No, all that things are useless without a brave soul, for instance how
could we become a leader if we are still afraid and doubtful to take a masterpiece decision we
can look at Mrs. Risma when she was a mayor of Surabaya because of her bravery the
prostitution in Dolly was closed, eventhough that decision was made a controversial but she can
proof that her decision was right.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Besides that, we have to know too about what is the characteristic of a great leadership? For me a
great leadership not only owned by a leader who has a managerial skill to maintain his
organization but a great leadership also owned by a leader who always hear and receive a critics
and suggestion from his subordinate because a success of an organization not only born from one
person but from all that people in it.
Ladies and Gentlemen,

Now the problem is how to be a courageous person if we have already realized that it is a key for
a great leadership? Im sure all of people here surely want to be a leader in future so that we have
to be aware guys, being courageous doesnt come in ourselves suddenly it is need a long process
Im not so agree with the quotes whose said that a leader was not formed but a leader was born
possibly that quotes was for a leader as generally not a great leader because why? How could a
people would be a great leader if he didnt through a process before at least he had ever join an
organization in his past time because in an organization surely our mentally and our skill can
develop well , but before that process our bravery soul can also build since our childhood I think
this is an effective way to build up our bravery soul because as we know everything or every
habit weve do whose started from our childhood will hard to fade or lose even for a long time
later therefore our Prophet Nabi Muhammad SAW suggest us to taught our children everythings
right in their childhood.

From all those explanations ladies and gentlemen, we can conclude that we have to practice our
bravery soul earlier, we have to learning by doing. There are so many ways being courageous
but the importance is we need to believe our self earlier we have to be confident with our skill,
so ladies n gentlemen start now we have to prepare ourselves by practice and practice to toward
an obstacle in our daily life so in the future we will have a bravery soul and ready to be a great
leader who will obtain a great leadership, dont be afraid guys in this time we still have some
chances to doing a wrong way but in the future it will be an embarrassed for us.

Thats all my speech today Im sorry if I have some mistakes
