Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) and Parent Teachers Association: (PTA) will conduct the 2017 Division ‘Scilympics and Division Youth for Environment in‘ Schools Organization (YES-O) Camp on September 29-30, 2017 at Arevalo Elementary ‘School, J. V Jocson St., Arevalo, Iloilo Clty. 2. The event will.be spearheaded by the Division Youth for Environment in Schoo! ‘Advisers Assocation (DYESAA) and the Division Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O). ° ; 3. With the theme: “Enriching scientific minds to conserve Earth's treasures", the activities aim to achieve the following objectives: « 3. Identify the most creative and the best science researchers who will represent the Schools Division of Tlollo City in the Regional Science Investigatory Project (SIP) competition; . 3.2. enhance minds-on, hands-on and hearts-on science learning among and secondary leamers through productive, meaningful, and effective activities that promote awareness, interest and involvement of the youth in science and technology; and . : 3.3 strengthen the implementation of the YES (Youth for Environment in School) Program in the Division level. 4 Official participants to this activity are the following: 4.1 Science Investigatory Project (SIP) Researchers/Advisers of the elementary and secondary schools (JHS/SHS) of the ten (10) districts; and 4.2. Duly registered Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) of the elementary and secondary schools in the Schools Division of Mollo City for S: Y 2017-2018 with seven (7) officers and 10 members only. 5. The theme will be announced before the contest. ..
