Draft Scores Are Calculated by Using the Following Metrics. A Higher Draft Score Denotes a More Successful Draft
Based on Prior Year Statistics:
PY Total Points Scored - Sum of all points scored in the prior season for all players on current team following
draft
Higher total pointes scored = better draft score
PY Avg PRK (Position Rank) - Sum of all player position ranks divided by 16 total players; denotes average
position rank of entire team in the prior year
Lower PY Avg PRK = better draft score
PY PPG/Player - Sum of all player points per game for the prior season divided by 16 total players; denotes
average points per game of entire team in the prior year
Higher PY PPG/Player = better draft score
Draft Score = PY Total Points Scored - PY Avg PRK - PY PPG / Player
