Just like annual days, sports day is also an important day for school. Sports is given due
importance in all the educational institutions. As it is said that a sound mind lies in a
healthy body, so the better your health is; the more swiftly will your brain work.
Therefore, there is a separate day dedicated to the sports day and hence we have
annual sports day in our school.

Sports Day brings new energy in the hearts and minds of the children. This day is
marked with great joy and discovering the inner talent of a child in the field of
sports. Sports and games help in large muscle co-ordination resulting in physical
fitness apart from inculcating sportsmanship, leadership, unity, competitive spirit
among the students.

Considering the importance of this day, it gives us an immense pleasure to organize

the sports day and cordially invite the other branches of Oxford green public
school to participate in this event.

Dear teachers and students, you yourself will witness the strong commitment of
the highest quality of sportsmanship. Today’s special invitee our chief guest
HONOURABLE CHAIRMAN Mr.RAKESH KUMAR is with us, in spite of his busy
schedule. A man rich in proportion to the number of things which he affords to the
mission and the vision to build a better society.

Sub:- INVITATION FOR SPORTS DAY

Our school is organizing Annual Sports Day in December this year. This event
will involve almost all the students according to their interest. The event
will include many different games and much more entertaining activities.

We would like to invite you to this Annual Sports Day event and request you to
please charm the event with your presence and your teams. We will be thankful
to you and will look forward for your branch participation in the same

Rules & Regulations:-

 The branch will have their teams according to their houses i.e.
Ganga, Yamuna, Saraswati and Kaveri.
 House incharges and the respective captains will make their teams
accordingly.
 No branch is allowed to mix up the students of various houses to
make a strong team.
 If any student is found representing any other house, that team will
be disqualified from the event and strict action will be taken against
the house incharge.
 If any misconduct or indiscipline occurs during the event , then that
branch will be responsible for the damage or the fine imposed by the
event managing committee.
  The managing committee holds the right to disqualify any team for
showing any kind of misbehavior towards the committee members or
organizers.
