Subject: Request for Donation of Sports Equipment for Sunshine High School

Dear Yetro Sumi,

I hope this letter finds you well. As the Prefect of Sunshine High School, I am writing to request
your kind consideration in donating sports equipment to our institution.

Our school prides itself on providing holistic education, which includes fostering physical fitness
and sportsmanship among our students. However, due to budget constraints, we are unable to
procure adequate sports equipment to cater to the interests and needs of our diverse student
body.

Recognizing the commendable efforts of the Nagaland Youth and Sports Department in
promoting sports at various levels, we kindly seek your support in enhancing our sports facilities
by donating essential equipment.

We urgently require items such as footballs, basketballs, volleyballs, badminton rackets,

shuttlecocks, cricket kits, and other sports gear. Your donation would not only enable our
students to participate actively in sports but also promote a culture of health and well-being
within our school community.

We understand the demands on your department's resources and assure you that any
contribution, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated and put to good use.
Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to the possibility of partnering with the
Nagaland Youth and Sports Department to enrich the sports experience of our students.

Warm regards,

John Lotha
Prefect
Sunshine High School
