Guidelines
- BASKETBALL BOYS-
-Each team must have 10-12 players and must be a bonafide
students of the school.
-2 quarters per game with a maximum of 10 minutes per quarter
-Every game the coaches must be present

-Proper wearing of Team Color Uniform with number when

playing
-The team must provide their own drinking water and ball
-The coach or team leader must be responsible on the
attendance and safety of the athletes
-Follow basic rules in playing basketball
- VOLLEYBALL BOYS and GIRLS-

-Each team must have 10-12 players and must be a bonafide
students of the school.
-3 Set per game and the team wins two set is the winner
-Proper wearing of Team Color Uniform with number when
playing
-The team must provide their own drinking water and ball
-Follow basic rules in playing volleyball
-Teachers are allowed to play
- CHESS STANDARD BOYS and GIRLS-

-Each team must have 2 players for boys and girls and must be a
bonafide students of the school.
-3 hours will be utilized per game
-Proper wearing of Team Color Uniform when playing
-The team must provide their own playing equipment
-Follow basic rules in playing chess
- POSTER AND SLOGAN-

-Each team must have 3 artists for each event and must be a
bonafide students of the school.
-The team must provide their own one – half Illustration Board,
drawing and writing materials. Borrowing of materials is not
allowed
-The content must be relevant to the Theme.
-Only 2 hours will be utilized by the poster making and 1 hour
for the Slogan making
- MASS DANCE-
-Each team must have 30-50 DANCERS including Props men
and must be a bonafide students of the school.
-The team must provide their own Mixed Music or any Music
accompaniment with a maximum of 5-6minutes.

-The team must provide Costumes base on their Team Name,

Color and must be relevant to the Theme.
-No lifting or any form of unsafe execution.
-The team must avoid unnecessary content of cheering against

- MR. and MISS INTRAMURALS 2019-

a bonafide students of the school.
-The team candidates must provide the following:
-Team Color Shirt for the Production Number with Team
Name representations

-Creative Costume for Cost Play representing the team

-Talent
-Popularity Box/seed money 200
Sharing for the total money generated is 70% for the
candidate and 30% for the management (for Prizes and
IGP for SPORTS and MAPEH Club)

-The candidates must bring their parents on the pageant
-The team must avoid unnecessary content of cheering against
their opposing team.
- LARO NG LAHI-
-Each team must provide their own design of Flag to be raised
on this day
-Each team must have players for the following:
-Sack Race- 10 boys and 10 girls
-Thug of War- 10 boys and 10 girls
-Basagan ng Banga-5 boys and 5 girls
-Each player must wear their team color and comfortable attire
-Teachers are allowed to play in each event

Our school Sinsayon National High School will be conducting “Collecting Kiti-Kiti Specimen”
relative to the Division Memorandum No. 224 s. 2019 entitled Dengue Vector Reduction released
last August 29, 2019, this is to require us to submit specimens every Monday of this Month until
October.
In line with this we would like to encourage you to join us in the collecting of “Kiti-kiti” specimen
on Monday September16, 2019 at 8:00am here in our school or in your own household.
It is advised to observe wearing of proper personal protective equipment and practice proper
hygiene after.
Collected specimen will be placed in a clear container with label where the specimen is collected.
