 Intramurals at ASGC

At Academia System Global Colleges, intramurals will be placed on April 3 to 5. Also with
the school theme of: "Building Sportsmanship; Postering Camaraderie Through Health, Sports,
Culture, and Arts." Additional curricular activities will take place. Making an effort and having
fun will be a successful leisure time thanks to their sportsmanship at the event, to get along with
students and spend time doing interesting activities with them. In this way, both students and
teachers can unwind from their academic duties and communicate how much they appreciate
participating in extracurricular activities.

Intramurals: Every student will exhibit excitement if the school announces that an
intramural will take place. On-campus intramural sports are enjoyable, recreational, social, and
competitive. Also, it's a terrific way to make new friends, catch up with old ones, and keep playing
the sports you've learned to love and excel at. Intramural sports and activities place a strong
emphasis on teamwork and sports enjoyment. Participation in these activities seeks to promote
well-being, and responsible leisure time usage, boost self-esteem, and give students the chance to
accomplish both individual and group objectives.

All of the students are enthusiastic and love the activities with their peers and teachers,
creating the happiest memories at school. Since we will be experiencing intramurals at Academia
System Global Colleges for the first time, this major event is meaningful to us as students. The
event included a variety of ability competitions, games, and entertainment compacted into a three-
day schedule. This year's intramural will be the first and only one held at the school, so students
won't miss it. Furthermore, the faculty and students will leave with smiles on their faces.
 MR. AND MS. INTRAMURALS

On April 5, 2023, our school Academia System Global Colleges implemented the Mr. and
Ms. Intramurals to be part of our extracurricular activities. Our representatives feel both excitement
and tension at this event. However, as a team, we supported Mr. and Mrs. Intramurals'
representatives. At the actual pageant, they demonstrate their talents and use them effectively.
When it was their turn, we encouraged and clapped for them. Our love and support will always be
there for teammates.

To show off their pageantry skills, our representatives give it their all. They were fortunate
to be awarded the title of first runner-up in the competition. Our representatives earned the
position, and we are incredibly happy and proud of them. We are proud of them and support them
even though they did not win more awards or become champions. As they were walking and
accepting their award, joy was evident on our faces.

We congratulated them after receiving their award and took a photo. They did their best,
so they deserve the position. In addition, we always say that pageantry is just about physical
beauty. However, when our pageantry included the question and answer portion, I can say that this
pageantry can provide lots of significance, including intelligence, showcasing talents, leadership,
and representing the virtue of the respective nation. And I'm pleased to say that our representatives
emphasized that importance.
 BADMINTON

My favorite sport is badminton because I can play it all day long and stay active. Speed,
strength, and flexibility are necessary for playing badminton. It is a good player, but one must
frequently practice. Thus, the badminton competition begins on our school's intramural day, April
3, 2023, and runs through April 5, 2023. Due to my lack of confidence, I refrained from
participating in the game, even though I didn't participate, as a teammate, I encouraged and
supported our representative.

Our representatives have been extremely competitive in the badminton competition for the
past three days. We, as their teammates, supported and urged them as they won consecutive games
for two days. I saw their ability and the legitimacy of the sport they chose. The teammates enjoyed
watching them play and observing their prowess and were fortunate to place second runner-up.

We took pictures of them and congratulated them on taking second place. The group is
ecstatic and extremely proud of them both. Despite having endured three challenging days, they
still succeeded and won. Regardless of one's level of skill, anyone can play badminton. A benefit
for many people who live in areas where it is difficult to access other sporting activities is that it
is a sport that requires very little equipment. Being active will improve your mood and increase
your enjoyment of your hobbies.
 HIP-HOP DANCE COMPETITION

Young people like hip-hop dance because it allows us to create our moves. It gives us
young people a fresh platform to showcase our character and feelings. Hip-hop dance also
demonstrates our ability to feel positive about life and our lack of fear of difficulties. This allows
us to express our thoughts through dancing and grooving to our favorite music. Therefore, adding
this hip-hop dance competition to our intramurals as one of the extracurricular activities is a great
experience.

The hip-hop dance competition is taking place on the first day of our intramurals. The
members of our team or group demonstrated their dancing skills. To perfect their dance and
accomplish their goal, they put in a lot of executive day practice. They proved that their efforts
were not in vain as those trying days went by taking second place in the hip-hop dance competition.
We their teammates are proud of what they achieved.

From the first day of practice until the competition day, all of my teammates have been
supportive. Also, expressing encouragement and words of support for them. Actually, getting the
position is well deserved. We saw how they organized their dancing steps and practiced. The
struggles they experienced and their hard work all paid off.
 MY INTRAMURALS EXPERIENCES

I have enjoyed every moment of our intramural day. I saw how committed each of my
schoolmates was to their chosen extracurricular activities from the first to the third day. They can
all pursue their interests or hobbies with a passion. The struggles they have faced in addition to the
hard work. I find it very impressive that they practice regularly to enhance their abilities.

The intramurals' opening day was excellent. The torch's lighting as a competition-starting
symbol marks the grand opening. There I also ran into my classmates, with whom I grew close,
especially as the parade began. I also got to know the students and teachers on our other campus.
I saw sports competitions on the second day of intramurals in every form. Fortunately, our team
won the badminton match. The awarding day is the third day of intramurals. Additionally, that day
our school's pageantry took place. And our group took second place as runners-up. Not only that,
but our team also triumphs in the singing competition, hip-hop dance competition, and quiz bowl.
Additionally, we placed second in overall points in every team.

We each smiled as we head home after receiving those awards and congratulating one
another. The thrill and enjoyment never leave. We feel inspired and are more motivated to take on
the challenges as a result of them being presented to us. However, we overcame those obstacles
through teamwork, and the event was a success. We experienced both winning and losing while
preserving the sportsmanship and unity that were taught to us.
