VI. Introduction of the Program/Activity


 Background and Rationale
The SMEPA in schools shall be conducted every quarter. The school
present the Key Results Areas (KRAs) on ACCESS, QUALITY, and
GOVERNANCE with the corresponding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in
graphical, tabular, and textual Powerpoint Presentation for easy
understanding in the delivery of the data elements. In the presentation, the
school heads shall invite the SDO representative, District Supervisor,
School Planning Team (SPT), Teachers, Guidance Counselors, School
Governing Council (SGC), GPTA Officers, Barangay Officials, Stakeholders,
Government Officials, etc. who has direct control to resolve the
issues/concerns/gaps/problems of the participants shall then act by
providing possible solutions/recommendations to the
issues/concerns/gaps/problems reflected in the presentation of the school.
The possible solutions provided by the participants shall then be monitored
and tracked on the quarterly presentation of the SMEPA.

and safety protocols set by IATF.

VIII. Highlights of the Program/Activity
 Opening Activity
There was a registration before the program. Then, multimedia was used for the
singing of Philippine National Anthem, Regional Hymn, South Cotabato Hymn and for the
Invocation. Mr. Emeterio J. Floresca Jr., Head Teacher I of Kawit Elementary School gave
his welcome address.
 Synthesis of the Inputs
All participants are actively participated in the tree parenting activities.
 Closing Activity
After the program, a merienda was served courtesy of the school.

 Monitoring and Evaluation Template either printed or online.
Through SMEPA it enable the school to immediately respond to issues and
concerns affecting the effectiveness of programs and efficiency of programs delivery
X. Overall Impressions, Comments and Issues Encountered
The SMEPA was conducted successfully. Certain difficulties and worries need to be
addressed, such as the fact that some parents prefer to work than to attend.

XI. Recommendation
As to the success conduct of the activity the following recommendation were suggested:
1. Communication should be released or posted earlier.
2. Parents should put PPAs of the school a priority.
