X. Rationale:
A monitoring and evaluation strategy is a method that aids in the
improvement of performance and the achievement of goals. Its purpose is to
enhance present and future output and impact management. The aim is
achieved as a result of the actions, outputs, and results.

As a result, Kawit Elementary School will conduct its Fourth SMEPA to

examine whether a program was carried out as intended and is achieving the
expected outcomes.

XI. Terminal Objective:

To conduct Fourth Quarter SMEPA
XII. Enabling Objectives:
 To update Kawit Elementary School enrolment for SY 2021-2022.
 To present the results of Division SBM Validation.
 To discuss concerns and issues affecting the decrease of KES enrolment.
