Schedule of Spot Counseling 2016

University is conducting Spot Counseling for various Courses on the basis of merit JEE Main-
2016/UKSEE/UKSEE-Advanced/ qualifying exam (10+2)/ Graduation basis as per the following
schedule in various Constituent and affiliated institutes.

Online Registration for all Courses 20th to 22nd August 2016 (closed at 5:00 PM)
Publication of Registered Candidates List 24th August 2016
on website for Counseling for all Courses
Reporting and Counseling of Candidates 26th to 28th August 2016 (as per details available on
website of University)
at UTU New Building for B.Tech and
BHMCT
Reporting and Counseling of Candidates 29th to 30th August 2016 2016 (as per details available on
website of University)
at UTU New Building for other Courses
(B.Tech-LE, B.Pharm (1st year and Lateral
Entry) MCA ((1st year and Lateral Entry),
MBA, M.Pharm, M.Tech)

Eligibility for course will be as the AICTE norms, details are available on brochure.

Instructions:

1. The candidate needs to register himself/herself on the website www.uktechcounseling.in

from 20th to 22nd August 2016.
2. The final list will be published on University website, and accordingly the candidates
will be called for reporting along with qualifying documents and counseling fee.
3. A non-refundable counseling fee of Rs 2,000/- will be submitted at the time of reporting
in favor of Finance Controller-UTU payable at Dehradun, demand draft only.
4. After deposition of fee, documents will be verified at the time of counseling only.
