A Special note on this section of the report


This section in your report reflects your ability to write technical report. After some
deliberations it was decided that the technical description must be at least 2000
words of essay to effectively cover full 10 weeks of the experience gained. This
section must be a well structured essay with all necessary subsections.
All diagrams, Tables, listing etc will not be counted as part of the 4 page essay.
Please note that the quality for your reporting will reflect your ability to
demonstrate your communications skills together with your skills and competence.

Special Note on Figures:
ALL diagrams MUST be referenced with a separate Reference section created after
conclusion if you yourself did not draw the diagram. If you are directly reproducing
anything from the companys literature then ensure that you take permission from
them. All diagrams must also be referenced inline with the text.
Refer to the sample IWE report as a guideline.
E.g.

Note the reference to the figures in the 2nd line of the paragraph. Also if you are
using someone elses diagrams you must quote the source in the figure caption.
Failure to do this will lead to the presumption that you are plagiarizing intentionally
hence you report will be rejected outright!
