With reference to your telephonic message on the subject cited, our Advocate was
requested to seek One Week time comply with the Court Order vide Email dated
02.09.2016. Subsequently, through a telephonic message, our Advocate, M/s MPR
Associates, Ernakulam has informed that the petitioner Manu Krishnan K M has to go
abroad for further studies and the petitioners Advocate is putting pressure before the
Honble Court to take strict action against the Respondents for the undue delay in taking
decision on the matter. Further, the Advocate has informed that the Board has to take a
suitable decision in the case by 05 September 2016.
