Subject: - Appeal against the Decision issued by CE (OP) UHBVN,

Panchkula office order no-249/EPF-5723 dated-20.02.2019 in
SCN No-13/EPF-5723 dated-20.12.2018.

Respected /Sir,
With due respect, it is submitted for your kind consideration that
the above SCN decided with penalty i.e. two annual increment stopped without
future effect. The above penalty wrongly imposed on me and it is not justified
in the eye of law. The below given line losses table not relates to my tenor.

submitted for your kind information that I have reported arrival in
the o/o SDO (OP) Sub Division No-I, UHBVN, Ambala Cantt on
dated 31.07.2017 and work assigned to me vide office order no-
107 dated-31.01.2017(Copy Attached). The CE (OP) UHBVN,
Panchkula issued above subject cited SCN regarding not reducing
the Line Losses for the period April-2017 to Sept. 2017 before
joining the o/o SDO (OP) Sub Division No-1, Ambala Cantt and the
SDO given me the charge of above said feeder in end of July 2017.
After my joining I have performed my duty efficiently and done
needful work for reducing the Line losses of above cited feeders like
rectification of line & replacement/relocation (outside of consumer premises) of
Electromechanical meter with electronic meter and reduced the theft point.
 I performed my duties with diligence, assiduousness, and
painstaking and honestly with the entire satisfaction of my senior officers and
there has been nothing adverse against me at any level.
In view of above narrated facts, it is clear that I have not committed
any kind of negligent act as alleged in Show Cause. It is therefore, very kindly
requested that said Show Cause may please be dropped and I may kindly be
exonerated from the alleged Charges.
It is also further requested that an opportunity of personal hearing
may please be provided so that the brief facts may be brought to your kind
Knowledge which may be helpful for deciding Show Cause in the interest of
natural justice.
