I invite your attention to the references cited above. Please refer this office
ref.2' cited, where in it was requested you to identify the target s.c.house holds who
have lost their bread earners due to the Covid pandemic in the Dist., and send
information for extending credit linkage to these victims by way of immediate
economic support. Also invite your attention to the instructions issued by the Joint
Collector (Asara), during Video Conference on 03-06-2021. But out of 49 mandals
(39)/ZCs(8)/Municipalities (2), only 28 mandals, 2-municipalities have submitted
reports, remaining have not reported as on this date. In addition to the above, the
ICDS also identified 37 cases, and the total data of 47+37=84 is compiled and re-
sent to the all for information and necessary further action.

Now, in re f.4th & 5th cited, while communicating D.O.letter of the Secretary to
Govt. Ministry of Social Justice and empowerment Dept., Govt.of India, the Prl.
Secretary to the Govt., SW Dept., AP and the VC & Managing Director, APSCCFC
Amarawathi had requested to conduct identification through Village/Ward
Secretariats and identify eligible beneficiaries and submit information in prescribed
format before 20th June 2021. The same is herein enclosed for ready reference.
 The govt. had formulated new scheme with a view to assist the impoverished
house holds which lost the prime bread winners in the COVID pandemic, and
proposed to sanction soft loan upto Rs.5.00 lakhs, in which 20% cost, Rs.1.00 lakh
as subsidy, and 80% cost, Rs.4.00 lakhs as credit linkage from NSFDCINBCFDC
with 6% interest per Annam to the SCsIBCs., The main eligibilities are (i)members of
SC/BC community, (ii)applicant annual family income should be upto Rs. 3.00 lakbs,
(iii) the candidate should be an immediate relative of the person who died due to
COVID-19, and was the bread earner of the family. (iv)the age of deceased should be
between 18-60, and (v)death certificate issued by competent authority shall be
accompanied.
I therefore request you to go through the guidelines communicated by the Govt.,
and identify one eligible beneficiary from each of Covid-19 victim family through
Village & Ward Secretariat and submit the same in the enclosed format to the
Executive Director SC.Corpn., mail either ink scanned or digital signed copies for
record, and to enable to compile dist.report and submit to the Govt. as called for.
The data so far received in this office is herein re-sent for record.
