Hi Reyna. Good afternoon.
We are students of the Universidad Politcnica del Golfo de Mxico of the career petroleum
engineer. He is Miguel, he is Daniel and I am Jaqueline.
The interview consists to 20 questions. Are you ready?

Daniel De La Rosa Lpez:

1- What is your favorite sport and how long have you been playing/doing it? My favorite
sport is hiking. I've been doing it since 2010.
2- What are your plans for your next vacation? I'm planning to go to Maui.

Jessica Lucero Guevara:

3- How long have you known your best friend? I've known my best friend for about 15 years.
4- Can you give me a description of him/her? She is short and chubby, fair skin.
5- What kind of music do you like? I like Classical music.
6- Have you always listened to that kind of music? Yes.

Jesus Miguel Frias Cordova:

7-What did you use to do when you were younger that you don't do anymore? Watch Soap
operas.
8-Do you have any predictions about the future? Yes, Global Warming.
9-Can you tell me what you do on a typical Saturday afternoon? At working
10- What were you doing yesterday at this time? I was at a Friend's house.
11-How many years have you been working at the restaurant? 1 year
12-What do you do at the restaurant? I'm a manager.
13-How is important the hygiene as a part of your job? It is extremely important.

Daniel De La Rosa Lpez:

14- Are the products that you use for your meals adequately supervised? And how is the
process? Yes, as soon as they arrive we check the temperature, to ensure they are safe.
15-What are the most purchased products for food cooking? Meat patties.
16-What is the best-selling type of food in the restaurant? Ice cream.
17-What is the hardest part of your job? Its very stress full because its a pretty busy
restaurant.

Jessica Lucero Guevara:

18-What problems have you had with your customers and how have you solved them? Wrong
food orders and we solve them by following the protocol L.A.S.T. it stands for; L listen, A
ask how can we help, S solve And T thank the customer.

19-What are the secrets to succeed in a business of this type? Speed, accuracy and
Cleanliness.
20-What do you do to be above the competition? We always have ready in order to process
the orders in 5 minutes or less from ordering point to the delivery of people order.
21-What do you think about the petroleum industry? I think is an very important industry as
there is many products derived from petroleum. I also think is pretty bad for the environment
when there is an oil spill, such as the one that happen in the Gulf of Mexico few years ago.
