Dear BUILD-IT Colleagues,

On behalf of the Building University-Industry Learning and Development through Innovation and Technology (BUILD-IT)
project and Arizona State University, it is my pleasure to invite you to attend an Institutional Quality Assurance (IQA)
workshop. This one-day workshop during the weeks of 20 September, 21 September and 29 September will focus on
developing Quality Systems and is entitled Journey to a Successful IQA Accreditation: Developing QA Systems for AUN-
IQA Accreditation.

The BUILD-IT leadership team has planned this workshop after receiving request from BUILD-IT partners. We hope you
and your colleagues will attend the event to work with ASU and other colleagues, developing deeper expertise in topics
pertaining to Quality Systems development and seeking AUN-IQA accreditation.

This workshop offered to Institutional Accreditation Teams from Partner Institutions. To make it more convenient, we
are offering the workshop in different parts of Vietnam. The first workshop will be held in HCMC on 20 September. The
second workshop, identical in content, will be held in Dang Nang on 21 September. The third workshop will be held in
Ha Noi on 29 September. Please select (see below) which workshop is most convenient for your teams.

This workshop will permit participants to be able to identify and develop a draft strategy to seek AUN-IQA accreditation.
In particular, participants will be capable of developing QA subsystems to comply with the criteria of the AUN-QA
assessment at the institutional level, which serves as an initial stepping stone toward the production of a self-assessment
report (SAR). A detailed agenda for the workshop is also attached.

workshop dates draw closer.
