SAMPLE LETTER
SUBJECT LINE: Public comment about Project #3023990
Dear Ms. Guillory & Mr. Torgelson,
I am writing with concerns about a large development planned at 1807 13th Ave S. on Beacon Hill. I request
that you schedule a public meeting about Project #3022990 to get neighborhood input. The size, scope and
design of the development do not fit in with the surrounding neighborhood. The units are not family friendly.
No parking will mean increased traffic hazards for children at Beacon Hill International School. Micro-housing
is temporary housing; it does not foster diverse, rooted and resilient communities. Please meet with us to
hear our concerns.

EMAIL YOUR LETTER TO: PRC@seattle.gov, carly.guillory@seattle.gov (Planner), nathan.torgelson@seattle.gov (Director)

Ive been looking around here and its almost a foregone
conclusion that Ill have to move away from Beacon Hill.
We have lost too many of our neighbors already.
No more displacement from Beacon Hill!
