June Highlights: The Beacon Hill Council in partnership with The Station owner Luis Rodriquez and
Marketing Manager Jennifer Johnson, and Betty Jean Williamson held 4 Mondays of “Let’s Talk About It” to get
more community input into: displacement concerns, building community power, our environment (air and noise
pollution and trees), and historic preservation. Topics were identified from the MHA upzoning-related 8 work
areas adopted in May. At the July 2 meeting, the input will be shared and further actions identified.
