and efficiency services. Based on mandate under MOU with BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency), PTC
has gained vast experience by providing energy audit and efficiency services to large Govt. buildings.
Few prominent assignments are Energy Audit of Presidential Estate, All India Institute of Medical
Sciences (AIIMS), Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (RMLH), ESI Hospital, Rohini, IGESI Hospital,
Jhilmil, National Archives, Safdarjung Hospital. Recently, PTC has conducted Energy Audit for design
factories and buildings located in area under SEEPZ SEZ Authority (an SEZ under Ministry of
Commerce and Industry), Mumbai as well as Terminal -2 of SVPI Airport for Airport Authority of India.
Further, PTC executed an MOU with EESL for cooperation with each other in the area of Energy
Efficiency and implementation of Energy Efficiency improvements and other DSM initiatives. Further,
PTC has been successfully executing PMC & AMC for EESLs street light project in Andhra Pradesh.
Recently, PTC has signed MOU with UREDA for implementation of Energy Efficiency measures in
Government Buildings of Uttarakhand under ESCO Mode and further co-operate with each other in
encouragement of energy efficient practices across the industries/buildings in the state of
Uttarakhand.
