What is the Engineering Development Program (EDP)?

Engineering Development Program (EDP) offers a unique opportunity for recent graduate
engineers who share our commitment to becoming a leading energy and infrastructure
company in Indonesia. Trainees will receive mentoring and learn from the Experts in order
to fine-tune their skills, apply their knowledge of engineering, and demonstrate their ability
to be future leader in Power Plant.

The program is a full-time position with benefits and is designed to help you create an
accelerated career path with PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk and its subsidiaries.

What to Expect

Our one or two years development program will not only develop your essential knowledge
and skills but also give you in-depth exposure in power plant. By the end of program, you
are expected to be prime candidates for future leadership roles.

Becoming a Candidate

The EDP program is selective. A limited number of openings occur each year, and only the
most promising college graduates are chosen.

To apply for the Engineering Development Program, candidates must meet the following
requirements:
Preferred Majors:
Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Chemical.
Graduation Date:
Candidates must graduate by the program start date.
Minimum GPA:
3.00
Relocation and Travel:
Must be willing to relocate and travel as required by program.
Other Requirement:
Actively involved in extracurricular activities, possess excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written in English, strong personality and leadership qualities.
