About Skill-Lync

Skill-Lync is a fast-growing Ed-tech that is on a mission to revolutionize engineering education

in India. Part of Y-Combinator W19, Skill-Lync delivers quality education by leveraging
technology to equip students with the technical skillset they require, to start and succeed in
their respective career paths. We are on a mission to bridge the gap between academia and
industry by imparting students with industry relevant skills.

We’re building a network of enthusiastic & energetic students from Engineering Institutions
across the country to be a part of our Campus Ambassador Program.

Eligibility Criteria

Current Students from Engineering Institutions across India

Eligible Departments: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communications
Engineering

Year of Study: Any

Candidates available for 2 semesters – subject to renewal after the first semester

Ideal Candidate

Individuals with a self-starter attitude with excellent writing & interpersonal skills. Individuals
with a thirst to learn about various Marketing & Business functions. Candidates capable of
multitasking and part of extra-curricular clubs/committees.

Roles & Responsibilities

To be the brand extension of Skill-Lync at your campus.

Identify various channels (Online/Offline), broadcast and promote Skill-Lync activities

Identifying & pursuing online, offline campaign opportunities

Assisting in Campaign design, Content curation & Promotion

Reach out to student bodies/faculties/administration to plan for event(s) and drive

participation

Playing a lead role to drive signups & enrolments in various activities (Webinars/Workshops
& ultimately Project & Courses)

Reporting & participation on group training activities

Rewards & Benefits

Welcome Kit & a fixed Incentive of INR 3000 per semester upon successful completion of the
program, and a variable incentive of INR 2000 per semester based on performance.

Bonus of up-to 5% on every enrolment from the campus leads.

Certifications, Awards, LORs, Endorsements, Internship opportunities & much more.

We aim to build a network of our Campus Ambassadors across the country & provide an
excellent support system and you’ll be a part of the first batch.

Learning Scope: Event Design & Organization, Leadership Skills, Marketing & functional
Business skills, public speaking skills etc.,

Selection Process: Registration, Assessment (Communication, Event Design), Interview
