Primary shortlisting Criteria (*Must have):

1. Media industry demands high performing individuals who can deliver fast and must
have “getting your work done” attitude.
2. Candidates should be smart and must have very effective communication skill (Hindi
+ English + One Regional language) and strong convincing power.
3. Working Knowledge of MS Excel Application + Mathematics is must.
4. Passion to work in Advertising Industry.

Desired skill sets/attitude:

1. Communication skills – excellent command over language, both spoken & written
and ability to write effective emails.
2. Computer skills- Good Understanding of how to draft convincing emails, using MS-
Office Outlook application, PowerPoint Presentations, Excel etc.
3. Ability to learn & use internal and external software, databases & tools quickly.
4. Understanding of India as a market- Demographic profile of Indian market, cities-
towns & villages, maps of India, languages spoken in various parts, socio cultural
profile of different states,
All these, in terms of size & diversity. E.g. Understanding the millennials as
consumers or the aspiring class from the tier 2 &3 towns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Managing engagement activities for our brand with outside world.
2. Leading Project Management tasks in order to get your Brand visible across your
stakeholder’s network; that too in quick span of time.
3. Coordinating with stakeholder, industry people, guest speakers, and event
coordinator’s to manage on/off campus happenings.
4. Connecting with colleges/ institutions and getting our flagship events executed at
their campus in controlled manner.
5. You’ll be part of high calibre team which will be connecting/executing 100+ small/big
events in a month across colleges/ campuses.
Pay Scale:
Stipend: 3-6 Months (Probation period)
Graduates Trainee – 12-14K P.M
Management Trainee – 18-20K P.M

Post probation: CTC

Graduates Trainee – 3 Lakhs P.A
Management Trainee – 4 Lakhs P.A
