Career Field:
Having a very diverse profile in Electronics, Manufacturing, service and
education sector makes my profile very unique. With this I got opportunities to
learn multiple things from my seniors and colleague. During this time, I had a
very challenging environment to handle like multiple situation and different
client at same time. And learning from these hurdles helped me to grow in my
carrier.
I would like to work in environment where there are some challenging work
and I could add some value to the organization through my inputs

Goal Setting:
1. Short Term Goal (3 to 6 months):
a. Participate in Competitions
b. Maintain the good academic records
c. Get the SIP and Live projects
d. Learn new musical instruments
e. Increase the network using various platform

2. Medium Term Goals (1 to 2 Years):

f. Post MBA, get into reputed organization, be a part of unit(Strategy)
and manage the team and learn from my mistakes and seniors.
g. Start investing in some stocks.
h. Think about Business opportunity in home town.
 3. Long Term Goals (3 to 5 Years):
i. Live a healthy life
j. Write a Research paper and publish it in recognised journal
k. Start a Business
l. Look for the opportunity to give back to the society

Development Needs:
1. Writing skills, Presentation Skills, Balanced routine to maintain physical
and mental health, certifications to broaden knowledge base.
2. Attend various webinars of well-known speakers from operations
domain
3. Improvement in handling stress in more convenient way
4. Learning new tools and technique so that industry ready
Useful Work Experiences:
Analytical, Logical, Process Control and automation systems, Instrumentation,
project management, innovation, 3D printing, Microcontrollers, Experience in
handling team. Have experience in teaching and handling various client at a
time, travel enthusiastic, creative and Like to paint and design and cook.
