1) CONTENT

The content is according to the book, the students practiced questions, reading and speaking.

2) TECHNIQUE

The teacher reviewed some questions (Who, What, Where), and let the students make some
extra questions, he showed them some famous people flashcards and ask them questions
according to the book; the students were able to answer the questions and then the teacher
made them practiced in groups.
After the speaking practice the teacher dictated some questions and after checking the correct
spelling he made them look for the answers in a reading.
The students wrote the answers on the board and then they checked together.

3) STYLES OF LEARNING

The activity involved most of all the auditory style; the teacher reviewed the questions and
gave some oral examples. The visual style of learning, the teacher wrote on the board and
gave examples. The kinesthetic style, the teacher made the students wrote on the board and
made them correct some mistakes.

a) ACTIVITIES
The activities were engaging for the students, they were able to practice speaking, writing,
listening and also correct themselves.

b) RESOURCES
The teacher used the board to write the questions, and used flashcards.

4) TEACHER TALK

The language used by the teacher was adapted to the level, the teacher spoke in reduced
grammar forms and in a good speed to make sure all of the students understood what he was
saying.

5) TEACHER TALKING TIME

The teacher talking time was appropriate, the teacher let his students do the talk, and
encourage them to participate.

6) BODY LANGUAGE
a) EYE CONTACT
The eye contact was appropriate; the teacher used eye contact when necessary.

b) PROXIMITY
The teacher kept distance, the proximity was appropriate.

c) POSTURE
The posture showed that the teacher is in control of the classroom, the teacher walked
straight all the time.

d) FACIAL EXPRESSIONS
The teachers facial expressions were appropriate, he also had a smile so the students
were relaxed.

7) ACQUISITION VS LEARNING

Students acquire language, they were able to speak, listen and write and didnt pay attention
to the grammar form, it was natural

8) SCAFFOLDING

The activity was i+1, beyond the students level.

a) MODEL
The teacher modeled the activities, and showed the way the students had to work.
b) GUIDED PRACTICE
The teacher helped the students, and guided them with the questions he made.
c) INDEPENDENT PRACTICE
The students were able to practice independently after the teachers modeling and guided
practice

9) AFFECTIVE FILTER

a) RAPPORT
The affective filter was low; the students felt comfortable and felt confident to ask
questions, participate and made some jokes.

b) ATMOSPHERE
The atmosphere was quiet and respectful. The students trust the teacher so they felt
comfortable during the activities.
The teacher made some jokes so the students were able to relax and laugh.

c) ERROR CORRECTION
The error corrections were done at the moment and also after they finished the activity.
The teacher corrected some of the mistakes at the moment just after the student finished
speaking.
The teacher wrote the mistakes on the board and made the students correct the errors
themselves, and the students responded very well.

10) MODES OF LEARNING

a) FOCUSED
The students were focused on the questions and specific answers.

b) DIFFUSED
The students used some background about their previous knowledge, they were not
conscious about the grammar but they used it.
