Dear Parents & Students:

We will be placing an order for orchestra polos and shirts. All students will need to purchase a polo since
it is part of the concert uniform, but shirts however are optional.

Before placing the order, we would like to get an accurate count of what sizes to purchase.

6th grade students: Please make sure the polo you purchased last year still fit, unless you do not have a
uniform polo already or your current polo no longer fits, then you do not have to buy it. Even though you
are not required to buy it, this polo will be used in middle school so you will get some wear out of it.

5th grade students: Please request a size that will fit you for at least two years (this year and next year).
Place the number of each size you would like for both the polo and shirt on the form below. Remember
that students need to purchase (or own) at least one polo for their concert uniform.

The form, along with payment, needs to be turned in by Friday, October 13th. Cash or checks (made out
to Pecan Trail) are accepted. Let me know if there are any questions or concerns by contacting me
