    Referral for support ( School


    Counsellor, UCAN Read,
    Disability Support, Therapy ACT,
    medical etc)

    Short term 5 week intensive intervention


    support for students identified through
    case management and special needs
    processes provided by EAL/D teachers,
    Special Education coach and Literacy and
    Numeracy coaches

    In class support of students and shoulder to shoulder coaching


    provided by EAL/D teachers, Special Education coach and
    Literacy and Numeracy coaches (5 week periods)

    High quality instruction for every student by the class teacher supported by whole
    school and team evidence based approaches. Students are active and engaged in
    their learning. LSAs and additional teachers support students with ILPs.
    Parents/carers & volunteers provide classrooom support.
