CASE REPROT: ANNA GARCIA

Anna Garcia was found dead in the living room of her suburban home. She was last seen by her
neighbor, Doug Greene. Doug told local law enforcement that he had last spoken to Anna Garcia was
the previous morning. Doug mentioned that Anna was wearing a sweater the morning and just this
morning her dog was barking erratically. Doug called in the police and they responded around 9:50 am.
This had led to the full search of any possible suspect as well as the analysis of DNA and any other
tangible evidence as to how Anna Garcia could have died. Or even who could have killed her.

Over the past few weeks we have found and analyzed evidence from the scene. What we
recovered from the scene of the crime was a small hand gun with 3 casing near the gun. Along with that
there were 3-4 pills of an unknown substance. The substance found at the crime scene was identified as
cocaine. Although it was not found directly used in Annas system during the toxicology report. But
other substances were. We had tested the unknown substance only one time and could have tested it
two more times to verify that it was cocaine. Along with the pills and gun casings were some bloody foot
prints which we had identified. The blood on the shoe was Annas blood although by the broken out
window we found a different trace of blood. Those of which matched Annas ex-husband Alex. We
tested the blood and had proved that it was Alexs blood at the scene as well. Another issue with this
thought is that we were crunched on time and again only did one test for the blood. But we did test for
all the alleged suspects. Any hair, blood or prints left on the scene were collected and tested.

To sum this up, with all of the data me and my team have collected predicts that Anna must
have died from suicide. I believe based on the autopsy report that we got that Anna had killed herself. I
have bases for this in the evidence of odd substances in the body but no external wounds as a gunshot
would be. She must have been going through something very emotional at the time of death. Doug
mentioned she was wearing a sweater, so she could have been trying to starve her self in the first place
then took a mixture of odd substances and died in the living.
