Chair, NLSIU, Bangalore and MILAT, Trivandrum,
workshop on 'Intellectual Property Rights and Environmental
Protection: Issues and Concerns', NHRC sponsored
workshop on "Right to Dignity: Elderly Abuse in an Era of Social
Progress and Urbanization", NCW sponsored national
seminar on 'Capacity Building among Women in India-
Entrepreneurship & Estate', ICMR sponsored National
Symposium on 'Forensic DNA: Isolation and Recovery from the
Body Fluids'.
NLUJ has attempted to create an extraordinary
environment of excellence and educational intimacy for
internalizing law studies by providing top-notch
infrastructure in its fully residential setup. The campus is
planned with an extremely futuristic vision, taking into
account the need for adequate acoustics in each
classroom, work stations for each faculty member,
sports and recreational facilities, adequate mess
facilities for our multi-cultural student base and ample of
room for further expansion and growth. The Halls of
Learning (I & II), Administrative Block, Library Block,
Halls of Residence, Mess Block, multi facility
Recreational Centre, Auditorium, Insurance Block,
Amphitheatre and Convention Centre for students are
all planned as models of aesthetic and utilitarian
perfection. The university is extremely IT savvy with 24 x
7 connectivity to internet through LAN and Wi-Fi. Each
classroom is equipped with LCD projector and
multimedia facilities. The NLUJ Library is ranked as the
foremost library in the state of Rajasthan.

on campus, the University offers a busy arts calendar

Course Structure
NLUJ follows a semester system with each
academic year comprising of two semesters and with 6
subjects prescribed for study in each semester.
Specializations are offered in 4th and 5th year in
Corporate Law, Trade and Investment Law, Criminal
Law, Intellectual Property Law and Constitutional Law.
Besides honors courses, a number of specialized
optional courses like Media Law, Sports Law,
Entertainment Law, Competition Law, Comparative
International Law etc. are offered as per requirement
and availability of expertise. Seminar courses are taken
by the students and provide the much requisite super
specialization in the student's avowed field of study.
