Deconstructing My Fear Experience
My Fear Strategy to Mitigate Risk Way Back to the Status Quo
1 Not being able to pay Establish a budget to lend If I can not pay the debts of the
the Bank's Debts me only what is necessary bank, I can lend money from my
friends and thus solve this
problem
2 Do not earn money and Have a food store and I can lend money from my
not be able to support savings in the bank for friends, or go back to work on
my family emergencies my previous job and ask for a
salary advance. I would return
to work as a civil engineer in the
company where I currently
work.
3 Do the job wrong Find people who have Ask for forgiveness and go back
done the same job before to do the work. I would not
and ask them for advice blame myself
4 Disappoint my family Strive to give everything Ask for forgiveness, have
of me sincere conversations
5 Get sick from stress Have peace, patience and I would seek medical attention
above all be positive and take pills and 15 days of
vacation
The probability that my greatest fears will happen is great. But now I realize that if they
happen they are not as scary as I thought. Now I know that if I fall I can get up. When I look at
my fears I feel that the core is the shame that I am an engineer and I do not earn enough. I
would also feel that it was no use having studied the university for 5 years. I would be
disappointed in myself to see my friends succeed as civil engineers. But If I do not fight for my
dreams; I will miss the opportunity to be an entrepreneur; to own my time, and to be with my
family at all special moments; to have more income and to help many people; thus generating
work. Whenever my fears come; I'm going to trust that I'm a creative person to solve problems
and I can get out of the biggest hole and start over.
