MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU) between

Council for Student Affairs, Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, K.
K. Birla Goa Campus
and

The Canvas Laugh Club, Mumbai

This agreement has been entered between the student body of BITS-Pilani called Council for
Student Affairs, BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus, hereinafter called CSA and The Canvas
Laugh Club, Mumbai, hereinafter called CLC, Mumbai. The CSA hereby authorizes Waves
Controls, Waves 2017, BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus to process the deal directly with CLC, Mumabi
and is accountable for implementation of the avenues. Any issues pertaining to the avenues will
be dealt with by Waves Controls and CLC, Mumbai including alterations.

CLC, Mumbai hereby agrees to be the Official Partner of Show Me the Funny for our Annual
National Cultural Festival, Waves - 2017 which is to be held from 27th 29th October, 2017 on
our campus.

As the Official Partner of Show Me the Funny - 2017 for Waves 2017, CLC, Mumbai will be
entitled to the following privileges:

CLC, Mumbai will be cited as the Official Partner for Show Me the Funny 2017 in
Waves 2017.
Social Media Campaign: CLC, Mumbai will be publicized as our Official Partner by our
marketing team for a period of 1 month on Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr. This
includes logo presence and a link to your website on all advertisements related to
Show Me the Funny.
Banners publicising the event as 'Show Me the Funny 2017 in association with CLC,
Mumbai shall be put up insisde the hall of event as well as on the bus used for
transporting the participants.
The judges accomodation will be taken care of by Waves Organising Committee.

As a part of this agreement, NLIU, Bhopal will provide the following Deliverables:

CLC Mumbai shall send 3 judges for the event Show Me the Funny.
The First Prize winner gets an oppurtunity to perform in the club.

Terms and Conditions:

 CLC, Mumbai will provide the logo and other publicity material including banners that
will be displayed during Waves 2017.
Waves will tag the CLC, Mumbai page on Facebook while publicizing Show Me the
Funny, 2017.
