MANGO JAM AND PRESERVED

Ingredients:
1 kls. Mango (ripe)

2 cups sugar

1 cup corn syrup

cup honey

1/8 cup lemon juice

400 ml. water

Procedure:
1. Wash the fruits.
2. Sterilize the bottles.
3. Slice the mangoes. Scrape off the meat, then cut into cubes.
4. Put 2 cups of mangoes in a blender, add water, sugar, lemon
juice, corn syrup and honey. Blend them together.
5. Place in a pot then bring to a boil over low fire, stir constantly
until it reaches its proper consistency.
6. Add cubed mangoes. Continue stirring.
7. Transfer in a bowl, let it cool.
8. Put in sterilized bottles.
9. Seal and put the label.

Makes four 8 oz. bottles
