Pentatonic scale is the five-tone scale consisting of only black keys, in order
Whole tone scale is a scale consisting entirely of whole steps
The big C is known as 4/4 time
Beam notes that make up a beat together (two quarter notes) or beam in a way that
divides the measure in half (four quarter notes | four quarter notes)
Anacrusis = pickup beat
Chromatic semitone stays on the same line or space and modified with accidentals
Diatonic semitone half steps occupy neighbouring lines and spaces

o Could look at beaming/grouping of the notes

Natural minor no alterations
Melodic minor raised to the 6th and 7th
