Camera

Integral part of production as this will capture all the footage recorded on the SD card
which can be transferred to the computer where post production can be done to piece
together the footage.
I will be using the Sony Alpha A58 DSLR camera with two lenses.
Familiar with this camera used for preliminary task last year, final piece for AS, how to
guide and voxPop for A2.

Microphone

Record audio of:

o Conversational dialogue
o Background noise
o Voiceover
o Sound effects
Reduce background noise e.g. wind, cars, etc. during outdoor scenes.

Tripod

This will keep the camera stable and also prevent the footage looking shaky which will
look unnatural and remove audiences from the film.
To move camera and adjust angles while maintaining Steadicam.

Light

Bring focus of subject.

Brighten scene/setting during night/late evening shots.

Green Screen

To film scenes to be edited later in post-production using programs such as Adobe After
Effects and Premier Pro.
