Strawberry Mallow Ice

ingredients
250 g mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
150 g marshmallows
200g milk
200 g cream
3 tablespoons of strawberry jam
125 g melted chocolate
method
1. Whisk the cream cheese with cream until
smooth, add the jam and pour into an icecream
tray.

2. In a saucepan, melt the marshmallows in the


milk over a low heat. Cool for 10 minutes.

3. Mix the marshmallow mixture with the cream


cheese mixture into the tray, then freeze.

6. Just before serving, melt chocolate in a saucepan


over hot water.

7. Scoop icecream into bowls and drizzle melted


chocolate over the top of each one.

8. Serve with crisp wafersticks, if desired.
