Contractor Release

The undersigned client hereby releases the above stated contractor from any claims, obligations,
liabilities and payments as stated in the above contract.

All claims by consultants and subcontractors have been paid for services rendered. Tools,
materials, and machinery used on site are all paid for and secured.
